If the adult guest count exceeds 225 guests in either the Marquise or Tiffany Ballrooms the Emerald Ballroom may be added for no additional fee, if available.

Rental of the Grand Ballroom requires an adult guest count of 350 or more. If the adult guest count exceeds 450 the fee for the Emerald Ballroom will be waived.
