Make an appointment and take a tour of the facility. If the date you want at Stonebrook Manor is available, prospective clients are required to write a detailed and compelling letter/email explaining the reason(s) they should receive a "nearly" free reception on that date.

Requested date,
An explanation of what makes you deserving and what makes your situation unique.
Letters will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Stonebrook Manor, at its sole discretion, shall review all letters, make a determination and notify the client within 2 business days. The client will then have 2 business days to sign a contract according to the below requirements.
