Some of these people you will meet, others will be behind the scenes—all you will know is that it was done well.

Marla is our General Manager and is dedicated to you our client. With her vast event experience and one event at a time engagement, her ultimate goal is to make your special day not just special but absolutely incredible. She will make this happen with the help of our exceptionally talented and dedicated staff focused totally on you and your guests. No detail is too small. Your dreams are her reality. She’ll help to make them happen.

Captains – You will have your own personal Captain at your event. They will be with you every step of the way. They will oversee the banquet servers making sure you and your guests get everything you need and more. How many times have you heard “it’s all about the details?” Our captains are dedicated to assuring that the details important to you are seamlessly achieved allowing you to be a guest at your own party – no worries!

Banquet Staff – Our thoughtful and caring banquet staff ensure that each affair is treated with special attention to every detail. All of our staff members wear uniforms and are trained to know the subtleties of proper service. They are on the frontlines of our service. Be assured that they will treat you like royalty.

Chefs and Catering staff – Our chefs and catering staff (wait staff, bartenders and dishwashers) take great pride in providing you and your guests with the finest of culinary offerings. They are behind the scenes working diligently during each and every event making sure that perfection is achieved.

Janitorial, Linen, Gardening staff - It takes a lot of dedicated hard working people to make an event a success from our janitorial staff cleaning our building inside and out, our linen department washing and ironing linens and finally our gardeners pruning our bushes and keeping our grounds in pristine condition. We are all dedicated to you our client.
