"I have always enjoyed good food. I started out working at my Father's bagel shop in Hollywood, Florida baking fresh bagels. I remember the smell of garlic, cinnamon raisin, and plain bagels made his shop smell heavenly. I have worked with the best chefs in both Colorado and Miami, and my goal is to bring you the best food possible for your event. Manor prides itself on using the best products available to enhance
your dining experience. We have chosen top products from local and
national growers as well as importers worldwide to meet our rigid
standards. We use exclusively 100% Certified Black Angus Beef which
falls under strict guidelines from the USDA. Stonebrook Manor works
with the best purveyors available who set quality standards within the
food service industry. None of our products have ever, or will
ever, contain trans fats, MSG or antibiotics. Our desire is to
utilize top quality, wholesome, all natural ingredients to achieve top
quality food.
